Romantic Masterpieces Produced by Texas Medical Center Orchestra | Miller Outdoor Theater

The prize-winning Texas Medical Center Orchestra returns with a lineup of romantic music. The concert will open with Ravel’s “Bolero,” followed by 3 movements from Sergei Rachmaninoff’s “Symphony No. 2.”

TMCO is known as one of the finest community orchestras in the nation, winning the American Prize for best community orchestra. Established in 2000, the Texas Medical Center Orchestra (TMCO) is one of the very few orchestras with its origin in the health professions. Most of the members are health professionals who have a dedication to music that goes beyond their daily occupations.
