Just Duos | Sounds of One Chamber Orchestra

SOCO’s music director, Nicholas Baker trades in his baton and joins SOCO’s concertmaster, Matthew Madonia in an evening of duos for two violins. The Sonata for two violins by Sergei Prokofiev will highlight the evening. Also on the program is the commissioned work “Tightrope” Sonata by Houston’s own, composer Jack Benson. Additionally selections of tangos for 2 will conclude this wonderful evening.
